Questions about pricing

What counts as a message?

One customer message that the AI handled. A conversation with four questions in it uses four. We count messages rather than tickets because that is what the AI actually costs us, and it means you are never surprised by one long conversation.

Your own replies, and messages a person answers, do not count.

What happens if I run out?

Nothing is lost. Customer messages keep arriving and keep appearing in your inbox for you to answer. The AI just stops drafting until your next period starts, or until you move to a bigger plan.

What happens if a payment fails?

You keep your inbox, your knowledge and your history. The allowance drops to the free one and autopilot turns off until the payment goes through. We will not lock you out of your own conversations over a card problem.

Are WhatsApp fees from Meta included?

No. Meta charges businesses for some WhatsApp messages, whichever tool they use. Those fees are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account, not by us, and are not included in the prices above. Check the current rates for your country in WhatsApp Manager.

Taxes and cancelling

Our payment provider is the merchant of record and charges any sales tax or VAT due in your country. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
